ABOUT THE JOB
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will pick, pack, and organize online grocery and merchandise orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will work across different temperature zones, follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures, and ensure that every order meets Walmart’s quality standards. This position combines operational efficiency with customer interaction to deliver a seamless e-commerce experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble online orders accurately and efficiently across various store departments.
- Pack items carefully, verifying product codes, quantities, and quality standards.
- Ensure selected products are undamaged, fresh, and meet high-quality standards.
- Complete required documentation for order preparation, labels, and shipping details.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations while following food safety guidelines.
- Support customers during order pickup and assist with issue resolution when required.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and complete pre-use safety checks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting operational efficiency and meeting daily delivery targets.
