ABOUT THE JOB

This position may involve acting as a key point of contact overnight to help ensure smooth store operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and coordination for overnight stocking based on communicated priorities.
- Assess store presentation and identify deficiencies, taking action to improve merchandising standards.
- Ensure defective merchandise is processed correctly, including sending items to claims as required.
- Support store safety and security during overnight operations, including incident response when needed.
- Inspect assigned areas to confirm exits, equipment, and physical conditions meet compliance standards.
- Participate in training and development of overnight associates to achieve production and stocking goals.
