ABOUT THE JOB
As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience by supporting customers, maintaining fashion merchandise displays, and ensuring the sales floor remains organized and safe. You will contribute to daily operations, seasonal changes, and visual presentation standards while working collaboratively with the retail team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, assisting with product selection, and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Process, stock, and replenish fashion merchandise efficiently.
- Maintain merchandising standards, signage accuracy, and modular integrity.
- Keep the salesfloor clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Support seasonal merchandise transitions and special displays.
- Ensure fixtures, supplies, and display materials are properly maintained.
- Assist with maintaining a hazard-free work environment following company policies.
