ABOUT THE JOB
The Production Trainer is responsible for coaching and mentoring new hires on company standards, food preparation procedures, and quality expectations. Working closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, the Trainer ensures consistency in product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and food safety. This role plays a key part in building team confidence and reinforcing operational best practices across shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide structured training and coaching to new and existing team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and production standards.
- Support consistent execution of recipes and preparation procedures.
- Reinforce company policies and operational guidelines during daily shifts.
