ABOUT THE JOB
The Meat Cutter is responsible for preparing and processing raw meat products for sale in the warehouse. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to Costco specifications using professional equipment.
- Operate and maintain tools such as band saws, grinders, slicers, and tenderizing machines.
- Inspect, clean, and sanitize equipment and preparation areas following food safety regulations.
- Rotate and stock inventory, ensuring freshness and proper product presentation.
- Monitor product quality and maintain consistent cutting standards.
- Assist with wrapping, labeling, and stocking the meat display cases.
- Follow all health code, sanitation, and temperature control procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous member service.
- Support other warehouse departments when operationally required.
