ABOUT THE JOB
The Electronics Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding member service within the electronics and major appliances department. The role involves answering product questions, demonstrating features, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting inventory flow. Team members ensure the department remains clean, well-stocked, and aligned with Costco’s high operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional member service by answering questions and explaining product features clearly.
- Demonstrate electronics and appliance products to help members make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate and attractive merchandise displays, including stocking, front-facing, and organizing products.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure pricing, signage, and product information are accurate and up to date.
- Support department cleanliness and organization, including general floor maintenance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
