ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Installer at Costco, you will balance, mount, and rotate tires using specialized equipment while following established safety and quality procedures. The role includes assisting members with tire purchases, preparing service invoices, and ensuring vehicles meet proper torque and pressure specifications. You’ll work in a fast-paced service environment, following industry standards and company guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, rotate, and balance tires using approved tools and procedures.
- Operate mounting machines, wheel balancers, and hydraulic lifts safely.
- Inspect vehicles and verify proper torque specifications and pressure levels.
- Reset or relearn TPMS sensors as required.
- Assist members with tire selection and answer product-related questions.
- Prepare service documentation and process purchase invoices.
- Maintain a clean and organized tire centre, following safety and security procedures.
- Support additional warehouse duties as needed.
