ABOUT THE JOB
As an Overnight Associate at Walmart, you will help move merchandise from receiving to the sales floor by unloading trailers, pulling pallets, and stocking product in a clean and organized environment. The overnight team plays a key role in setting up the store for the next day by labeling, merchandising, and ensuring aisles and displays meet company standards before opening.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unload trailers and move merchandise through the backroom to support store replenishment.
- Pull pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing and stocking.
- Stock shelves and place merchandise accurately, including labeling and organizing backroom bins when required.
- Set up, merchandise, and support signing and feature displays.
- Prepare the sales floor for store opening, ensuring standards are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by completing required safety checks and sweep logs.
- Ensure fixtures and displays are secure and follow company policies and procedures.
- Provide customer service if needed during overnight hours.
