ABOUT THE JOB
The Overnight Associate supports store operations by handling merchandise flow from receiving to the sales floor. Working as part of a team, you will help unload shipments, organize inventory, and prepare displays while maintaining a safe and clean environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring shelves are stocked and properly labelled before store opening.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the sales floor for opening by stocking and organizing merchandise.
- Set up and maintain features, displays, and signage according to store standards.
- Unload trailers and assist with the processing of incoming merchandise.
- Label and place products in appropriate backroom bins and stocking areas.
- Move pallets safely to and from the sales floor for overnight replenishment.
- Support inventory flow and assist with additional tasks based on operational needs.
- Follow safety policies and procedures, including maintaining hazard-free aisles and secure fixtures.
- Provide customer assistance if required during overnight operations.
