ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will lead by example and help create an environment where team members can succeed. You’ll support daily operations by managing shifts, training and coaching staff, and maintaining high standards for guest service, quality, and cleanliness. This role also involves overseeing key processes such as inventory, ordering, and operational consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet restaurant standards and performance expectations.
- Ensure products are prepared according to Tim Hortons standards and equipment procedures.
- Promote a respectful workplace through clear communication, teamwork, and accountability.
- Maintain high standards for guest service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Support inventory control, ordering, and operational routines to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
- Assist the owner/leadership team with ongoing improvements to daily operations.
