ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Installer at Costco, you will be responsible for tire installation and related automotive services following strict safety standards. You will assist members with tire purchases, operate specialized equipment, and ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately. This role requires technical aptitude, physical stamina, and strong attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires according to industry and Costco standards.
- Operate tire mounting, balancing equipment, and hydraulic lifts safely.
- Remove and reinstall wheels, including proper torque and weight placement.
- Reset and relearn TPMS sensors as required.
- Assist members with tire selection, pricing information, and service recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized tire centre and sales area.
- Complete required inspections, documentation, and invoicing accurately.
- Support inventory management and stocking of tires and related merchandise.
