Costco is hiring a Stocker for its warehouse in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you’ll help keep products available and aisles organized by following merchandising standards, moving inventory safely, and supporting a great member experience on the sales floor.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Stocker at Costco, you’ll support daily warehouse operations by stocking and straightening merchandise, maintaining clean aisles, and assisting with product display set-ups. This is a hands-on position that involves frequent movement, lifting, and using safe work practices to keep the warehouse efficient and member-ready.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and straighten merchandise to maintain strong product availability across the warehouse.
- Follow merchandising standards, align products, and return stray items to the correct locations.
- Move and position pallets using a manual pallet jack and restock shelves efficiently.
- Prepare display-ready items by cutting boxes and handling shrink-wrap and packaging safely.
- Create and place product signage and ensure items are correctly identified when needed.
- Support display set-ups, securing items for safe handling by members and maintaining clear edges and surfaces.
- Keep aisles clean by removing debris, collecting loose cardboard, and clearing empty pallets from the floor.
- Operate cardboard and trash equipment and rewrap products using a shrink-wrap machine when required.
- Provide friendly, helpful member service, including assisting with large items and directing members to products.
