ABOUT THE JOB
As a Production Team Member at Tim Hortons, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes by preparing fresh baked goods and ready-to-serve food items throughout the day. You’ll follow brand standards, food safety guidelines, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality, while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and teammates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare baked goods and prepared foods according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Ensure product quality and freshness throughout each shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Operate kitchen and baking equipment following operational procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized production areas.
- Support team members to help deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Learn and follow new processes, recipes, and daily production requirements.
