ABOUT THE JOB
As a Member Service Assistant at Costco, you will be responsible for welcoming members, verifying memberships, and supporting warehouse safety and security procedures. This position combines customer service with operational awareness, helping ensure a safe, organized, and friendly shopping environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members warmly, verify membership cards, and assist with entry and exit procedures.
- Conduct regular warehouse safety and security checks, identifying and reporting potential hazards.
- Monitor member traffic and maintain accurate entry and exit counts.
- Check receipts at exit points and provide courteous member assistance.
- Observe warehouse activity and report any suspicious behavior to management.
- Support front-end operations, including directing members to products and service areas.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.
