ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member, your main focus will be providing excellent guest service while preparing food and beverages to Tim Hortons standards. You may be one of the first people guests see when they arrive, helping set the tone for their visit while ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take and prepare guest orders, including hot and cold beverages, baked goods, and menu items.
- Create sandwiches and wraps following Tim Hortons recipes and quality guidelines.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and operating procedures for food preparation and equipment use.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with food safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth daily operations.
- Help create a positive guest experience and contribute to a welcoming restaurant environment.
