ABOUT THE JOB
As a OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will support online grocery and merchandise orders by working across different temperature zones and fulfillment areas. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to food safety, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble online orders efficiently from various temperature-controlled areas.
- Pack customer orders accurately, ensuring correct quantities, product codes, and item quality.
- Verify product quality, selecting fresh items and avoiding damaged or expired products.
- Prepare labels and documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize order fulfillment flow to meet delivery and pickup timelines.
- Interact with customers as needed, providing support and resolving order-related issues.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards, including clean work areas and proper equipment handling.
- Participate in continuous improvement by supporting productivity, safety, and quality initiatives.
