ABOUT THE JOB
As a Reno Host at Walmart, you will act as a key point of contact for customers while renovation activities are underway. You will keep shoppers informed about changes, assist with questions, and work closely with store leadership to maintain a welcoming and well-organized sales floor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing friendly and proactive customer service on the sales floor.
- Keeping customers informed about renovation-related changes.
- Walking impacted areas to ensure customer needs are met.
- Completing PA announcements when required.
- Communicating customer questions, feedback, and concerns to management.
- Reporting and addressing safety concerns in coordination with leadership.
