ABOUT THE JOB
As an Overnight Associate at Walmart, you will work as part of a team responsible for receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise during overnight hours. This position plays a key role in ensuring the store is fully prepared for customers each morning while following safety standards and operational procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the sales floor for store opening
- Unload trailers and handle incoming merchandise
- Move and pull pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
- Stock and label merchandise according to store standards
- Support the flow between eCommerce and in-store fulfillment when required
- Assist with customer service as needed
- Ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment following company policies
