ABOUT THE JOB
As a Stocker at Costco, you will be responsible for maintaining product availability and presentation throughout the warehouse. This position involves stocking shelves, handling pallets, preparing displays, and ensuring aisles remain clean and safe. The role requires attention to detail, physical activity, and a strong commitment to member service and safety procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and organize merchandise following Costco merchandising standards.
- Move, position, and stack products using manual pallet jacks.
- Prepare items for display by cutting, wrapping, or labeling products as needed.
- Create and maintain accurate product signage and pricing labels.
- Set up and adjust display models to ensure safe handling for members.
- Keep aisles clear by removing debris, empty pallets, cardboard, and slip-sheets.
- Operate equipment such as cardboard balers and shrink-wrap machines.
- Provide courteous assistance to members, including helping load large items and directing them to products.
- Follow all safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
