ABOUT THE JOB
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will support Walmart’s digital shopping experience by preparing online grocery and merchandise orders for customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in temperature-controlled environments, and strict adherence to safety, food handling, and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble customer orders accurately from various temperature zones.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product quality and freshness.
- Verify quantities, product codes, and ensure correct order documentation.
- Label and prepare orders using proper packaging and shipping procedures.
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic work areas in line with food safety standards.
- Operate retail and handling equipment safely following Walmart safety guidelines.
- Support customers during order pickup and provide courteous service when required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
