Tim Hortons is hiring a Team Member in Vancouver, BC. In this customer-facing role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for guests by supporting daily front counter and food & beverage service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your priority is delivering great guest service while keeping operations running smoothly. You may support tasks such as taking orders, handling payments, preparing coffee and baked goods, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask under pressure, and follows food safety and sanitation standards consistently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take orders accurately and process payments at the front counter or drive-thru.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, baked goods, and menu items to brand standards.
  • Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Support teammates to maintain a positive and efficient restaurant environment.
  • Learn new tasks and assist with training as you grow in the role.
