Tim Hortons is hiring a Team Member to join a busy restaurant team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you’ll help deliver a great guest experience by supporting front counter service, preparing food and beverages, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons in Toronto, you’ll play an important part in daily restaurant operations. You may welcome guests, take orders, handle payments, and prepare signature drinks and menu items while following food safety and brand standards. You’ll also support your teammates by maintaining clean work areas and learning new procedures as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests and provide friendly customer service at the counter.
- Take orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare coffee, iced drinks, and specialty beverages.
- Assist with baking and preparing sandwiches and wraps.
- Follow food safety guidelines and Tim Hortons brand standards.
- Keep workstations, dining areas, and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash, and support teammates as needed.
- Learn new products and procedures to help the team run smoothly.
