ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your main focus is creating a positive guest experience. You may be the first person guests see in the morning, taking orders with a friendly attitude and ensuring products are prepared to brand standards. You’ll help with order accuracy, food and beverage preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following restaurant procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, hospitality-first approach.
- Take and complete guest orders, ensuring accuracy and great service.
- Prepare beverages and baked goods, including coffee, iced drinks, donuts, and other menu items.
- Create sandwiches and wraps following Tim Hortons standards.
- Follow food prep and quality guidelines to deliver consistent products for guests.
- Operate equipment safely and follow operating procedures for each station.
- Support a clean and organized environment by following daily cleaning routines.
- Work as part of a team and help where needed during busy periods.
