ABOUT THE JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise team members during scheduled shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.

- Provide ongoing direction, feedback, and motivation to employees.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and assist with shift coverage as needed.

- Support training, performance improvement, and a positive team culture.
- Ensure products, displays, and supplies are properly stocked.
- Complete required documentation and follow operational checklists.
