ABOUT THE JOB
The Stockperson / Cartpusher plays an important role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring carts are collected and returned efficiently. You will help maintain the parking lot and cart areas, assist customers with carry-outs, and follow safety procedures to keep the store environment secure. This position requires reliability, attention to safety guidelines, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect shopping carts from parking areas and return them to designated storage locations.
- Assist customers with carry-outs and carry-ins when required.
- Help maintain a clean and safe parking lot environment.
- Follow company procedures for safety and emergency protocols.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including reflective vests and safety footwear.
- Support occasional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain clear communication with store management and customer service teams.
- Promote a positive and professional shopping experience for customers.
