Costco is currently hiring a Stocker to join its warehouse team in Toronto, ON. This role plays a key part in keeping the sales floor organized, safe, and fully stocked while delivering excellent support to members throughout the warehouse.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Stocker position at Costco focuses on maintaining merchandise presentation and inventory levels across the warehouse. This includes stocking shelves, organizing pallets, clearing aisles, and assisting members when needed, all while following established safety and merchandising standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock, organize, and straighten merchandise to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Clear and clean aisles, removing debris, cardboard, and empty pallets.
- Move and position pallets using manual pallet jacks or forklifts when required.
- Prepare products for display by cutting boxes, wrapping pallets, and securing merchandise.
- Create and update product signage to ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
- Assist with assembling and adjusting display models for safe member handling.
- Operate equipment such as cardboard balers and trash compactors.
- Provide helpful and courteous member service, including assisting with large items.
- Support other warehouse departments as needed.
