ABOUT THE JOB
As an Assistant Store Manager at Dollarama, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring company policies, inventory controls, and merchandising standards are followed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Store Manager with daily retail operations.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required.
- Ensure company rules and procedures are clearly explained and followed.
- Oversee accurate and timely inventory counts.
- Ensure established merchandising practices are properly executed.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Assist with team leadership, scheduling, and store organization.
