ABOUT THE JOB
As a Reno Host at Walmart Canada, you will assist customers during periods of store renovation by providing clear communication, support, and reassurance. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth sales floor operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet regularly with the Customer Experience Sales Floor Manager or ASM to review daily store changes.
- Keep customers informed about renovation updates and temporary layout changes.
- Walk impacted areas and proactively approach customers to answer questions and address concerns.
- Complete PA announcements to communicate important information to shoppers.
- Relay customer feedback, questions, and suggestions to department leadership.
- Report any safety concerns to management after corrective actions are taken.
PAY & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
The minimum hourly wage for this position starts at $17.75 per hour, with final pay determined based on relevant experience. This role is a temporary (fixed-term) hourly position.
