ABOUT THE JOB

As a Produce Stocker at Walmart, you’ll support daily store operations by ensuring produce displays are well-maintained and fully stocked. You’ll follow cold-chain and handling procedures, check product quality, and help deliver a clean, welcoming shopping experience for customers in Brampton.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stock, zone, and maintain the produce department so it stays organized and ready for business.
  • Rotate inventory and inspect items to ensure freshness and remove poor-quality products.
  • Ensure merchandise is correctly signed, labeled, and priced.
  • Follow cold-chain processes including temperature checks, product rotation, and expiry monitoring.
  • Apply food safety and cleaning routines, including sanitation procedures for the area.
  • Use proper procedures for ordering, markdowns, and product handling as required.
  • Downstock and replenish items from backroom to sales floor to keep shelves full.
  • Support store standards by following Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
