ABOUT THE JOB
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble online orders accurately from various temperature-controlled areas.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring correct items, quantities, and product codes.
- Select high-quality and fresh products while avoiding damaged items.
- Prepare and label orders correctly using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and complete required safety checks.
- Support customer service by helping resolve fulfillment-related issues when needed.
- Adapt to daily priorities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
