ABOUT THE JOB
The Member Service Assistant plays a front-facing role in ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for Costco members. This position combines member interaction, safety monitoring, and security-related tasks, while working closely with warehouse management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members entering and exiting the warehouse and verify membership cards.
- Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the warehouse and perimeter.
- Check receipts at exit for accuracy and assist members with any discrepancies.
- Monitor warehouse access and report safety or security concerns to management.
- Maintain clean and organized entry and exit areas, including carts and walkways.
- Provide courteous and prompt member service, directing members to products and services.
- Assist with loading and mobility support when required.
- Support other warehouse areas as needed.
