KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct hourly safety and security checks throughout the warehouse and perimeter.
- Identify and address potential hazards such as spills, trip risks, or blocked exits.
- Monitor warehouse access and report security-related activity to management.
- Use handheld counters to track member entry and record data for reports.
- Verify receipts at exit and compare items to ensure accuracy.
- Provide courteous member service, answer questions, and direct members to products or services.
- Assist with loading, shopping support, and retrieving carts when needed.
- Monitor after-hours exit doors and perform perimeter checks when required.
- Support other warehouse areas as necessary.
