As a Member Service Assistant at Costco, you will be responsible for welcoming members, verifying memberships, and helping maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members warmly and verify membership cards upon entry.
- Perform regular warehouse safety and security checks, identifying and reporting hazards.
- Maintain accurate member entry counts and report them as required.
- Check member receipts at exits and assist with discrepancies when needed.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, directing members to products and services.
- Monitor warehouse access points and observe security procedures.
- Assist with keeping entrance and exit areas clean and organized.
- Support other warehouse departments as needed.
