ABOUT THE JOB
As a Front of House Trainer, you will support the success of new and existing team members by coaching them on daily standards, procedures, and service expectations. You’ll work closely with leadership and the front-of-house team to ensure a consistent guest experience while promoting food safety, cleanliness, and strong operational habits throughout every shift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and train new hires on Tim Hortons standards, service routines, and front-of-house procedures.
- Support ongoing team development through on-the-floor mentoring and constructive feedback.
- Help maintain excellent guest experiences by reinforcing friendliness, speed, and accuracy.
- Promote consistent execution of product quality and presentation expectations.
- Ensure front-of-house areas meet cleanliness, organization, and safety requirements.
- Encourage compliance with food safety and workplace safety procedures during each shift.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and managers to support daily operations and team performance.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture.
