ABOUT THE JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Process purchase transactions efficiently, including cash, debit, and credit payments.
- Deactivate merchandise according to the EAS Program.
- Promote Walmart programs such as credit services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
- Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
- Ensure safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain register security through accurate cash handling and policy compliance.
- Refer customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager when required.
PAY & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
The minimum hourly rate for this position starts at $17.75. Final compensation is determined based on relevant experience. This role is classified as a temporary (fixed-term) hourly position.
