ABOUT THE JOB

As an Assistant Store Manager at Dollarama, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing store performance and operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring company policies, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards are consistently followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Store Manager in daily retail store operations.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are understood and followed by all team members.
  • Oversee and complete inventory counts accurately and on time.
  • Ensure proper merchandising practices and product availability.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Assist with team leadership, scheduling, and performance support.
