ABOUT THE JOB
As an Assistant Store Manager at Dollarama, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and may act as Manager on Duty when required. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting the recruitment and training of new employees while ensuring company policies are followed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support team members to maintain efficient store performance.
- Oversee inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels and proper replenishment.
- Maintain established merchandising standards.
- Participate in recruitment and training of new employees.
- Help organize schedules and manage operational priorities.
