ABOUT THE JOB
As a Service Deli Clerk at Costco, you will prepare a variety of deli items including meals, salads, party trays, and rotisserie products. You will follow department production guidelines to ensure quality and consistency while properly labeling, rotating, and stocking products. This position requires attention to food handling procedures, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and assemble deli meals, salads, party trays, and take-and-bake items.
- Cook and prepare rotisserie items and other hot foods following department standards.
- Package, wrap, and label products accurately and rotate stock by date.
- Monitor finished products to ensure quality and freshness standards are met.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and preparation areas.
- Restock ingredients and supplies and assist with daily production needs.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service.
- Support other department or warehouse duties as required.
