ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, you’ll support daily restaurant operations by welcoming guests, taking and preparing orders, and keeping service moving smoothly. You may work on the front counter or help prepare food and beverages while following brand standards, equipment guidelines, and food safety procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist guests with friendly hospitality and a positive attitude.
- Take and complete guest orders accurately, including coffee and beverage orders.
- Prepare menu items such as sandwiches and wraps following Tim Hortons standards.
- Follow operational and equipment guidelines to support safe food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support speed of service and quality.
- Work as part of a team to create a consistent guest experience throughout the shift.
