ABOUT THE JOB
As a Service Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and presenting a variety of deli food items while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. You will work closely with your team to maintain consistent product quality, support daily production needs, and contribute to a clean and efficient work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, slice, assemble, and package deli meals, salads, party trays, and ready-to-eat foods.
- Cook and assemble items such as rotisserie chicken, ribs, pizzas, and entrees using commercial equipment.
- Operate wrapping and labeling equipment and ensure proper product presentation.
- Follow Costco food formulas, diagrams, and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment and work areas.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to support daily production.
- Provide courteous and prompt member service.
- Assist with inventory counts, production records, and sanitation checklists.
- Support other areas of the department or warehouse as needed.
