ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your main focus is guest satisfaction. You may be the first person guests see when they arrive, or you may be preparing the bakery and food items they love. This position involves teamwork, following brand standards, and consistently delivering quick, accurate, and welcoming service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude and great hospitality.
- Take and complete orders, including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, and other menu items.
- Prepare food such as sandwiches and wraps according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Follow food safety and operating procedures for product preparation and equipment use.
- Support a clean and organized workspace, helping the team operate efficiently.
- Help create a positive guest experience by working with urgency and teamwork.
