Tim Hortons is hiring a Restaurant Manager for its location in Burnaby, BC. In this leadership role, you will guide a diverse team, support daily operations, and help deliver an outstanding guest experience through strong standards in service, quality, and cleanliness.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead by example and motivate team members to consistently provide excellent service. You’ll help maintain operational routines, support training and development, and ensure the restaurant meets Tim Hortons brand standards while operating in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the team to deliver a consistent customer experience on every shift.
- Ensure food preparation and operations follow Tim Hortons standards and procedures.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations.
- Promote a respectful workplace culture with clear communication and teamwork.
- Maintain strong routines for quality, cleanliness, and health & safety.
- Support daily planning to ensure the team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product availability to support smooth operations.
- Assist ownership/leadership with day-to-day restaurant operations and continuous improvement.
