ABOUT THE JOB
The Stocker is responsible for maintaining high merchandise standards throughout the warehouse. This includes stocking shelves, handling pallets, preparing products for display, and ensuring aisles remain clean and safe. The role supports daily warehouse operations while delivering the high level of service members expect from Costco.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and replenish merchandise to maintain high product availability.
- Align products according to merchandising standards and company guidelines.
- Move, position, and stack pallets using manual pallet jacks.
- Prepare products for display by cutting boxes, wrapping pallets, and labeling items.
- Ensure correct product signage and pricing throughout the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by clearing debris, removing empty pallets, and sweeping aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as cardboard balers and trash compactors.
- Provide courteous member service, assisting with large items and directing members when needed.
