ABOUT THE JOB
The Finalizer position at Costco involves reviewing and completing order documentation, verifying quantities and weights, and preparing finalized invoices for delivery. Working closely with computerized order systems and fleet operations, this role helps maintain accuracy, efficiency, and high operational standards within the Quebec City warehouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review pick sheets and delivery route logs to ensure all orders are properly accounted for.
- Enter quantities, corrections, substitutions, and weights into the computer system.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies by comparing documentation with system records.
- Process and print finalized invoices for distribution.
- Organize invoices by route or stop order and prepare driver manifests.
- Support other areas of the Fleet or Business Centre as needed.
