ABOUT THE JOB
As an Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will support the Restaurant Manager and Owner in daily operations while helping lead and motivate a diverse team. You’ll focus on maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness, building strong relationships with guests and team members, and contributing to a positive workplace culture through coaching and mentoring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations by assisting with shift leadership and ensuring smooth service execution.
- Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
- Help train, coach, and mentor staff to meet Tim Hortons standards for quality and cleanliness.
- Build positive relationships with guests and team members through strong communication and teamwork.
- Assist with maintaining a respectful work environment and addressing operational needs during shifts.
- Collaborate with leadership to support staffing, performance, and continuous operational improvement.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required by restaurant operations.
