ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will lead daily restaurant operations while motivating and developing a diverse team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence, ensuring every guest has a positive experience while supporting the Owner with day-to-day business activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily shifts and ensure team members have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Follow and enforce Tim Hortons standards and operating guidelines across all restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve high performance and consistent service.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment with open communication.
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure product availability and cost control.
- Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Support operational planning and contribute to continuous process improvement.
