Costco is currently hiring a Stocker for its warehouse located in Montreal, Quebec. This role plays a key part in keeping the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and safe, while also providing excellent support to members throughout the warehouse.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Stocker position at Costco involves stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining clear aisles, and ensuring products are properly displayed and accessible. This role supports daily warehouse operations by handling merchandise safely, following established procedures, and assisting members when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and straighten merchandise on shelves to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Move, position, and organize pallets and products using manual pallet jacks.
- Prepare products for display, including cutting shrink-wrap and labeling items.
- Ensure correct signage and mark unlabelled products when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe sales floor by removing debris, cardboard, and empty pallets.
- Operate basic equipment such as cardboard balers and shrink-wrap machines.
- Assist members courteously, including helping load large items and directing them to products.
- Follow all safety and security procedures while performing daily tasks.
