ABOUT THE JOB
As a Front of House Team Member at Tim Hortons, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will handle customer orders, prepare food and beverages, and help maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare beverages and food items according to company standards.
- Operate front-of-house equipment such as coffee machines and ovens.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure dining areas, counters, and restrooms are kept clean.
- Support inventory restocking in front-of-house areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain fast speed of service.
