ABOUT THE JOB
As an Overnight Lead Department Manager at Walmart, you will lead and support overnight associates while maintaining store presentation, safety, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions that support store readiness and productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and coordination to overnight stocking teams
- Ensure the store is well-presented and properly stocked for daily operations
- Assess merchandise presentation and execute corrective actions when required
- Ensure defective merchandise is transferred to the claims area
- Support store safety and security during overnight hours
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure facilities and safety standards are met
- Participate in training and development of overnight associates
