KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Cook and process items such as rotisserie chicken, ribs, and entrees using ovens and rotisserie equipment.
- Package, weigh, label, and stock deli products in display cases.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
- Monitor product quality, freshness dates, and inventory levels.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service.
- Complete production records, temperature logs, and sanitation checklists.
- Assist in other areas of the department as required.
